Wu Jin Pen Guide
by Light & Wonder
Available in Fuyu Phoenix and Panda themes, Wu Jin Pen centers on a persistent spin counter in a bowl. This leads to a dynamic hold-and-spin bonus where up to five different feature bowls—including multipliers and double reels—can be unlocked at once for massive win potential.
When to Play
How the Feature Works
The key persistent feature is the Spin Counter located in the bowl at the top of the screen. This counter starts at a base of 5 spins. When coin symbols land on the reels, there is a chance the counter will increment by one. This number directly determines how many spins you will receive when the bonus is triggered.
The main bonus is a Hold & Spin feature that is triggered randomly when a coin symbol lands on the reels. When the bonus begins, you are awarded the number of spins currently displayed in the spin counter.
The true potential of the bonus is unlocked at the very start. When the feature is triggered, a special animation may unlock up to four additional feature bowls that stack below the main spin bowl. These powerful modifiers are then active for the entire bonus:
- More Credits: Adds extra credit prizes to the collected coins.
- Multiplier: Applies a random multiplier (from 2x to 5x) to all credit prizes.
- Jackpots: Adds the chance for jackpot prizes to appear on the coins.
- Double Reels: Doubles the play area by adding a second set of reels, which is the most valuable enhancement.
What to Be Careful About
- Suggested bankroll: 250 units.
- Volatility Warning: This is a very high-variance game. Simply triggering the bonus with a high spin count is not enough to guarantee a win. The feature often results in a loss if only the first 'Spins' bowl is active. The truly massive payouts only occur when the trigger randomly unlocks multiple additional feature bowls at the start of the bonus, especially the 'Double Reels' feature.
