Rich Little Piggies Guide
by Light & Wonder
This highly volatile slot features three colorful pigs (Blue, Yellow, and Red) that get visually fatter as their respective bonus features power up.
When to Play
How the Feature Works
The game features three progressive bonuses, represented by Blue, Yellow, and Red Piggy Banks. During play, Question Mark (?) symbols can reveal colored coins. When a coin is revealed, it flips up to the pigs and can either trigger the corresponding bonus, increase the bonus's power, or do nothing. The bonus trigger is completely random and is not a must-hit-by.
The three bonus features are:
- Blue Pig (Free Games): This pig accumulates free spins. It resets to a base of 9 spins and can grow up to a maximum of 100.
- Yellow Pig (Jackpot Bonus): When triggered, this bonus gives you free spins where the goal is to collect special coins on the reels to win one of six jackpots, from Mini to Mega.
- Red Pig (Reel Modifier): This feature's function differs by the game version:
- In 'Meal Ticket': The Red Pig's feature removes low-paying symbols (10, J, Q, etc.) from the reels for the duration of the bonus.
- In 'Hog Wild': The Red Pig's feature awards a set number of guaranteed wild symbols that are randomly placed on the reels during the bonus spins.
Combined Bonus Triggers:
The most powerful aspect of the game is triggering multiple pigs at once. When this happens, their features are combined, and the number of free spins you play is determined by the total stored in the Blue Pig. If the Yellow or Red pigs trigger on their own, they default to a much lower base of just 7 free spins.
What to Be Careful About
- Suggested bankroll: 750 units.
- Visual Trap: The pigs getting visually fatter is a fun animation, but it does not mean the bonus is any more likely to trigger. The trigger is completely random.
