The core persistent mechanic of Wheel of Fortune 4D is identical to Golden Egypt. Above each of the five reels is a dollar symbol holder.

When a dollar symbol lands on a reel, it is collected in the holder. Once two dollar symbols have been collected for a specific reel, that entire reel transforms into a fully wild reel for the next two paid spins.

The game's payout is heavily influenced by two other features:

The Wheel Bonus: This feature triggers very frequently, much more often than a typical bonus round.
