When to Play
Game Features & Mechanics
The game revolves around a 21-space pick board located above the reels. Each of the 21 hidden picks is either an instant credit prize or a valuable upgrade for the free games bonus.
- 1. Revealing Picks: When a "Lucky Pick" symbol lands on the reels, you are prompted to select one of the 21 hidden spaces on the board.
- If you reveal a Credit Prize, that amount is awarded to you immediately, and the space is now "used."
- If you reveal an Upgrade (e.g., "+3 Free Games," "+1 Multiplier," "Sticky Wilds," etc.), that upgrade is now "active." It is stored persistently until the free games bonus is triggered.
- 2. Triggering the Free Games Bonus: The Free Games Bonus is NOT triggered by clearing the board. It is triggered traditionally by landing three or more Bonus Scatter symbols.
- 3. Playing the Bonus: When the bonus triggers, it always starts with a default base of 3 free games, a 2x multiplier, and one random wild added on each spin. Then, all of the upgrades you have revealed on the board are added on top of this, which can lead to incredibly powerful bonuses (e.g., 20+ free games at a 10x multiplier with extra wilds).
- 4. The Reset: After the free games bonus is completed, the entire 21-pick board is reset for the next player, and three new, random non-credit picks are pre-revealed to start the cycle.
Variant Note (Rocket Rollup): Some versions have an additional "Rocket Rollup" MHB progressive on top. This slightly complicates the math, but a simple and effective strategy is to ignore the progressives (unless they are very high) and focus on the state of the 21-pick board, as this is where the primary, massive advantage lies.
What to Be Careful About
- Suggested bankroll: 1000 units.
- The Player Trap: A key strategy in this game is that triggering the free games bonus too quickly is a bad thing. The goal is to reveal as many of the board's "Upgrade" picks as possible before you land the three bonus scatter symbols.
